Invite your team & assign roles
Bring HR, managers and employees into the workspace with the right level of access.
PayCraft has four built-in roles plus optional custom roles for finer control.
The four base roles
- Owner / Admin — full configuration, payroll, compliance and approvals.
- Manager — approvals and visibility for their own team's attendance, leave and performance.
- Employee — self-service only (their own payslips, leave, claims, learning).
Invite people
- 1Employees you import or create already have a login identity tied to their work email.
- 2Set or reset their role from App → Settings → Roles (base role) — or assign a granular custom role.
- 3Share the sign-in link; they set their password on first login.
Tip: Need a payroll-only or HR-business-partner profile? Build a custom role from the permission matrix rather than over-granting Admin — see *RBAC & custom roles*.
