Raise and approve
- 1Go to App → Recruitment → Requisitions.
- 2Raise a requisition against a position with the business justification.
- 3An admin approves it; on approval it opens a Job in the ATS.
Tip: Tie requisitions to your position register so budgeted-vs-filled headcount stays accurate.
