Open and fill a job
- 1Go to App → Recruitment and create a job (title, department, location, description).
- 2Candidates appear on a Kanban board; search, filter and de-duplicate as they apply.
- 3Schedule multi-round interviews and capture scorecards from interviewers.
- 4Roll out an offer; when the candidate is hired, PayCraft auto-creates the employee record so they flow straight into onboarding.
Tip: Resume uploads attach to the candidate; applications can come from your public careers pages without anyone logging in — see *Public careers page*.
