Find anything fast, build custom reports, and export data to CSV.
Three tools help you find and extract data across the system.
Global search
- Use the header search box (or App → Search) to find employees, jobs, assets, tickets, documents and positions in one place.
Report builder
- 1Go to App → Reports.
- 2Pick an entity, choose columns and filters, preview, then save the report.
- 3Export the result.
Bulk export
- Export employees, leave, assets and payslips via the export tool (role-gated and audited).
Tip: Exports are permission-checked and recorded in the audit log — sensitive data doesn't leave without a trail.
