Build templates
- 1Go to App → Documents → Templates.
- 2Use the rich-text editor with {{merge}} fields (name, designation, salary) so each letter is personalised.
Generate & sign
- Produce offer, relieving and salary-certificate letters; bulk-generate for many employees at once.
- Collect an in-app e-sign acknowledgment and print/download the PDF.
- Track document expiry and renewal alerts; mandatory policy acknowledgments can block the portal until signed.
Tip: Employee-uploaded KYC documents (PAN/Aadhaar/education) can be verified by admin from the same module.
